I have given 2 start for a reason...... 1 for bad service and 2nd start for selling item with wrong intention.........***** Please do not ever go to this store......They will sale the item but never take it back..........you might have to go to court for that...........They smile when they sale it but they will change the it faces when you go for return the item.******BE Aware of thugs*******

If there was a red star I would give this business.When you buy something they say something but when you return they will act like they don't know you.......!!!!We have purchased a water booster pump and it did not fit in the location where it supposed to go; therefore I have try to return it, but they did not take it back...infect I ask for store credit they refused me and challenged me that do what you can do it, we will not refund your money anyway.Very rude and unprofessional staff. Boss is so mean and hard to deal with.....Never do business with them,,,,, #BE AWARE" Do not go here.......

You buy your item worth thousand dollars and no exchange and no return...

I bought a Burnham radiator and it was the wrong kind and they said they would let me return it if I bought another one that was at least as expensive, so I did and they didnt. The owner said "I take that back" Unbelievable. SO i left it there and called my cc and explained so they took my money back from him.

I am a rehabber and needed a back flow toilet. Not knowing much about these type of toilets I sent a man who works for me to buy one. The salesmen was not helpful in the slightest. He acted like this was rocket science and talked down to me chastizing me for not knowing exactly what I needed in a back flow toilet.He went out of his way to talk down to us. In the future I will definitely try to find another place to help me with plumbing supplies.

I recently purchased a Toto toilet at Consumers. I first researched all the toilets they had in stock on their website. The website is very thorough and has spec sheets, pictures, and the same pricing that they have in their store. Then I went into their showroom and one of the salesman took the time to be patient with me and answer all my questions. They even recommended a good plumber to help install it for me.

I pulled my leaky faucet off on Saturday thinking that a new washer would do the trick and discovered that my high-end fixture had a much more complicated system than the usual tiny piece of rubber. After hours running to Menard's, Home Depot and the big hardware store in the hood all the "experts" were stumped. I stopped by Consumers on my way out of the loop today with low expectations and walked out 5 minutes later with the correct replacement part and installation guidance. Helpful & friendly, quick and a couple of minutes out of the loop on the way home - what more could I ask? Now, I'm looking for plumbing projects around the house so I can stop by again.
