I am happy to write this review for Connected Management. We are a smaller association with 23 units in Lakeview and have relied heavily on our manager to guide us through some major projects and legal issues over the past two years.



Our manager has always been very quick to respond to all issues and is able to provide us with the instructions that we need to make informed decisions. We have made vast improvements to the financial condition through collecting on debt and using a proper budget; all of which were handled by our manager. They have great online tools that help us keep organized and allow unit owners to get nearly anything that they need immediately.



My husband and I will be moving into a new townhome association within the next 90 days and will be keeping our unit as a rental. I will be recommending Connected to the new association as well.



Overall they have been a big improvement over our previous company which I will not name.

Connected has been great at this and the price is more than reasonable. They do an above par job and I would recommend their condo management services to other associations.

Our association has been with Connected since 2012. I first want to say that we have had a great manager and that really helps to make our experience better. Our old management company literally changing our managers every 4 months, it was crazy. I am also a fan of their website. The old company had created a google group for us which was nice but the real management website is so much better. I would recommend these guys to a condo in Wicker Park area.

I am a board member of a small condo association comprised of just over 40 homes. We hae been very happy with their leadership. They handle everything for us and make sure our finances and repairs are perfect. They work very hard to make sure that we are happy. I call them at all hours and they are always there to help.

This is one of only two companies that called me back after leaving messages and filling out the online forms at 8 different management companies in Chicago. Connected Properties contacted me immediately and their staff has been amazing to work with. I spoke with the president since then and he told me their top focus is on customer service and it definitely shows. I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been so difficult due to the poor attitudes and general lack of response from the management industry. The 2nd company to respond called the next day (which was fine) but the person on the phone did not seem to understand the rental market and did not seem interested in managing my properties. I find it unbelievable that these companies would allow some of these people to call their prospective customers. Connected has been a breath of fresh air as they say. Needless to say I have signed with their firm and everything has been great!

Exactly what my condo association needed and nothing we didn't. They have been fast acting and professional while handling our buildings finances, repairs and general maintenance. Last, but not least, they beat their competitors price! Bravo.

I was trying to manage my apartments on my own and it was too much for me take on so I set out to find a property management company. I found a few that seemed to meet my needs but some only wanted to talk to me if I had a bunch of properties and the others just didn't seem to really be organized. Once I found Connected Properties and talked to them about their services I was really interested to see if what they said was what they would deliver. Since my first call through actually signing with them I have had nothing but excellent responsiveness and service from them. They are always around and have actually never missed an appointment or a follow up with me. I'm so happy to have found these guys and I'm so happy not to have to deal with managing my properties. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Managing property can be time consuming and stressful! Connected Property Management has made it possible for me to keep my rental units. My building is in Chicago and I live and work in Seattle; it would be impossible to manage these units without their help. They have kept my units rented; they have fixed any building problems quickly; they have kept my units up to my standards; they are available when I need them; all for less fees than I expected. I recently switched to their services and have been very happy so far. Very nice people who are actually prompt, and ontime. They are saving me quite a bit from what I was paying a different local management company (wont use their name) and their service seems a lot better. I would definitely recommend these guys.
