Excellent service - unreachable by phone or email to tell them we moved - stop sending us bills! Phone wait is 1 hour - theywill call YOU! FROM MEESUS

be prepared to loose power at any time especially during a storm and high winds. you will be at the mercy of the electrical gods and lately they are not dependable. rather than upgrade the infrastructure all over they pay ceo's mucho bucks. the workers linesmen, etc., do the best they can and put in LONG hours, they earn their pay, i hope it's a fair wage. thankfully, this outage,8/4/2012 lasted a short time and no food was ruined. previous to this the length of time's without power was horrendous. when you have well and septic when the power goes out you have nothing. no water,no toilet, zilch.. it's like living in a log cabin in the 1800's. yet we are still expected to pay our bills, on time, no questions asked. there is no one to ask because one cannot reach a "real" person during an outage, your lucky if you can get thru. aren't computers great no one has to sit and listen to a person who is angry. on the same note no one can get thru to anyone either . someday, maybe, we'll get the service we used to have. maybe not.

Absolutly terrible com ed service. Power always goes out during rain. Lines have gone down...after three days STILL NO REPAIR! ComEs is a JOKE!
