I'm having the WORST experience with them. This place is a complete mess. No one is EVER in the office, and even if someone IS in the office, he or she is already busy working on something and cannot get around to helping you. I've actually spoken to someone there, who said she would call me back. What's the point of asking for my number if you're not actually going to call me back? I've called, emailed, done ALL the leg work to get the help that I need. They even misspelled my name on the insurance card, when it's been given to them so many times before. What a lack of attention to detail!! At least I have some email proof that I've been trying to get help from them with no avail. This is completely unacceptable and I'm so glad that I went to Farmer's for my auto insurance today. Good luck getting any help from anyone here. I will reiterate: this is the absolute WORST. I'm so furious right now!!~
