The staff at Claudia's Jewelry Inc were very friendly. I picked a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band. I would recommended anyone looking for engagement rings, weddings rings or jewelry.

Took two watches in to be repaired, one had a broken glass and the other a loose pin. They took great care and confidently restored my watches back to their glory. Definitely recommend this place.

Best store for jewellery repairs in Chicago. I went there to fix my watch and put new batteries, the owner just showed up and did all so fast. On the top of everything gave a new set of batteries.

Great place with a unique atmosphere and great knowledgeable and friendly staff. I needed some quick work done on a golden necklace and they were able to finish everything on the spot!

I was referred to this business by a friend and probably the best watch shop I've ever worked with. Brought in my Rolex Submariner to be serviced and polished. It was ready within a week and working perfectly now. Keeping them clean and polished is an obsession of mine. First time having to get my Rolex worked on in 2 years. I wouldn't trust my pieces with just anyone.
Service is great all in a secured facility. This is a great place to do business with. They are watch experts and have integrity, Definitely trustworthy, I would highly recommended them.
