They were efficient, polite and very careful and thoughtful with my furniture/breakables. The service provided helpful reminders ahead of the move to help ensure the move will go smoothly. I would recommend them.

Best experience with movers ever. They were on time, affordable, very polite and professional, took extra time to make sure I was happy. They deserve all five stars.

Had them move a garage, and 1 bedroom + den apartment down 3 flights of stairs. They were so well prepared, professional, and managed to get everything with no problems. I really appreciate men that helped and got it done so fast and on time. Super organized company and would highly recommend !!!

Citywide movers were extremely helpful and patient with me in this emergency move. Their work was impeccable and communication was professional and caring. The moving team were amazing and understood the need for the move to be confidential Their price was competitive, moving service impeccable and I'll give them five stars all day. Overall the best experience we ever had.

We were very impressed with Citywide movers team did a fabulous job moving us. They worked so hard and seemed to enjoy their job even though they moved us into a townhouse with 4 sets of stairs. Thank you all for a very positive moving experience which is a very stressful event to begin with.

Furniture was wrapped thoroughly and transported securely. The movers were focused and attentive but still personable and pleasant to talk with. Hopefully we won't have to move anytime soon, but next time we do, we will definitely use Citywide movers and also recommend it to our friends!

The service was great and the prices were competitive for a long distance move. The movers dropped off our things and they were very professional, timely and were careful with all of our things. I would definitely use them again

These guys were great, they moved my whole house in 3 hours, they guys were very experienced in moving and wrapped everything from my couches to my dining room chairs. Very Happy thanks guys!

Citywide Movers did a amazing job. This was the most stress free move ever. They arrived on time, managed to park right outside my building, and got to work quickly. They moved me in even quicker time and not a single item was broken.

They're very, very careful and very good at what they do. This is the fourth moving company I've worked with in IL (for small moves as well as for a cross-country move). I wish I had never used anyone else. Citywide Movers is FAR better than any of the other movers I've hired

They made the moving process smooth from the day I called to set up the estimate appointment to putting the final box in my new apartment. The three men that moved me were very polite and skilled in moving. Everything got to my new apartment in one piece and they completed the job quickly!

The movers were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. They got everything done in just a few hours, way less than I had anticipated. They were very accommodating to my needs and not a single thing was damaged. Every box was handled as if it were labeled fragile (and most of them weren't). They were also very affordable, If I move again I will absolutely call Citywide again.

These guys are AWESOME!!! Professional, courteous and they don't waste time. But actually the biggest compliment that this was the ONLY time that not one single thing of mine got broken or scratched. They are the absolute best.

The crew did an awesome job! Right on time. Started the clock when they moved the first box & ended the clock when they got everything in my place. Nice guys asked questions to make sure they did everything correctly & took care of my fragile bedroom set. No wasted time from start to finish & even drove to each location very quickly. No hidden surprise fees, my move fee was exactly what I budgeted. I am very satisfied & will recommend! Thanks!

These guys are great! The price is right and the service is beyond what you would expect. The sales rep promptly answered my phone calls and scheduled me exactly to when I needed to move. The movers that came, were timely and respectful. They were extremely informative on my options for additional packing needs and logistics. Of course, they were cautious with my things and made extra sure nothing happened to them. This is an optimal company if you're looking to move!
