The owner Jim Scimeca seems like an ok guy at first. But he does not honor his word. We purchased a car from him in May that had loads of problems that were not apparent with the test drive. Driving the car home on the expressway, all kinds of warnings popped up. We took it to our mechanic and it turns out that the head gaskets were shot, there was a transmission problem, and problems with the braking and ABS systems. We contacted him and he said that he would refund $1500 of the price after we got proof of repairs or give us credit toward another car on his lot. None of his cars looked appealing, so we decided to do the repairs. The repairs were well over $3000, of which we showed him the paid repair bill. He then only refunded $500 and said he could not afford to pay the other $1000. So he reneged on his word...which I had in writing. I filed a complaint with the BBB, which he never addressed. Considering small claims court next. Be very wary of buying a car there!
