This company is terrible & completely unprofessional. Had them come out to inspect my chimney after we bought our house to make sure it was safe to use. After our inspection it was determined x,y & z needed to be done. Our fireplacesWould then be ready to use. Cost $1,000. The fireplaces were "fixed" and the $1,000 was paid. After being excited to use our fireplace & using it for the first time, our entire basement filled with smoke. Called them back, they came out said we had 2 additional cracks that needed to be sealed that they didn't "see" upon inspection. Those were sealed, and same thing. One month & $1,000 later, we are still unable to use our fireplace & they are not returning our calls to come back out to fix a job that should have been done a month ago.

Chimney USA did a complete rebuild from the roof up. They also installed a new liner. They were fast, neat and efficient. Their price was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

A simple Chimney cleaning was all I ordered, when the guy (drunk ) came out he smelled of booz and told me I needed over $800 in repairs. I checked fireplace with flashlight after cleaning and it looked as if nothing was done!

I called several companies,got several estimates ,most companies were hight in cost.I called Chimney USA, and had Mauricio come out and give me a free estimate,He was very professional and knew what he was talking about.We set up a date and time,the work was completed as scheduled.There was no mess left behind,the price was great,the work was excellent.I highly recommend this company.,the whole time someone explained to me what was being done to my chimney.Now I have two of my neighbors set up so that Chimney USA come out and schedule some work for them.Keep up good work guys.

This company said I needed over a thousand dollars worth of work to my chimney - mostly tuckpointing. A month later I had some work done on my roof by a very trustworthy business and the chimney had been done so badly it had to be rebuilt!

We had a problem with our chimney since last years storm.Blew our cover and brought part of chimney down.Called several places in chicago,but were not available or were charging too much.I called Chimney USA,spoke with very professional Mike over phone,They came out immediately and gave my dad an estimate,The price couldn't be better.Our chimney was serviced,cleaned and tuckpointed,The price was right.The workers Chris and Hugo were very clean,They say no mess, and it was proved with their work,I will definately recommend Chimney USA.Very satisfied with their work.I already recommended my neighbor,and they got a chimney repair for next week.
