I had Chicagoland Flooring refinish the old, vintage floors in my living and dining room. . The job was a challenge because after carpet removal there were a few areas with dark spots and deep cuts.
They were able to replace damaged boards and after sanding and refinishing the hardwood floors turned out very beautiful.

After initial email exchanges they promptly provided me with firm quote options and then we setup an appointment for final review. During the visit the industry certified technician went through all of the details about sanding process of older floors and even helped me pick the color for the floor, highlighting the positives and negatives of the different stain and finish choices.
Our vintage floors turned out really nice revealing hidden beauty after many years of neglect. A few damaged board repairs blended really nicely.
They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Attention to detail, professional knowledge and genuine interest in customer satisfaction make this business stand out from the rest.

We used them to replace all of the wood floors on the main floor (due to water damage). They won us with their knowledge and NWFA professional training; like no other flooring contractors we reviewed for this job.
We were right to hire them as the entire process went pretty smooth and they gave us some great advice not to rush with installation and later about proper floors maintenance.
Removal part and installing new wood flooring was actually more messy than sanding and finishing but every day they cleaned up everything. Stain and finish came out great. The floors look amazing. Eric and team were very competent, steady and proud of their work.

After flooding we had our floors removed and reinstalled. A few weeks later our floors became very uneven. Contractor did not know what to do so I found out that Chicagoland Flooring offers certified floor inspections. The inspector tested floors and found out that flooring contractor was without any training and they did not follow steps for proper installation. Unfortunately, because of high moisture levels and damage floors had to be replaced again but having expert opinion we were able to get our money back.

They finished the job prior to our renter moving in. It was tight schedule, price was fair The exceptional work on our floors made them look almost like new again.

Chicagoland Flooring was introduced to us during kitchen rehab. The job involved matching new with old flooring and all patches together. They were on time, and the hard working every day. After sanding and finishing it is hard to tell which part is new and which part is old. Great job

Very easy to work with. Quick and precise written estimate right on my computer screen before starting. Great!!They had proper insurance and training. They are also certified by wood flooring association. They showed on time and did a beautiful job with sanding and finishing our worn-out floors. During work they discovered water leak from my fridge, slowly leaking. I was promptly advised and after small fix they could repair a few boards. Great work!!
