My husband and I used Chicago Roofing Pro for our house renovations. We had an excellent experience. Our finished house turned out better than we imagined. Tom and his team worked quickly and efficiently, working around our busy lives, and still leaving us with a livable situation while under construction. The kitchen and our privet bathroom were especially well done. He incorporated our ideas as well as bringing his own expertise to bear. Renovating a house in Lincoln Park can be a challenge, but Chicago Roofing Pro is a true professional and a master of his craft company.

We have a group of investors who were looking to purchase residential real estate investments in the Chicago IL area. We called up Chicago Roofing Pro to see if they could help us do the rehabs on our flips. We have used them and they are great, very organized, great workman like professionals, over all great final finish product and the most important, on time!! Plus their customer service, patience and integrity are 100% as well. They were patient with our questions and were very knowledgeable. I look forward to work with them on all our projects.

Chicago Roofing Pro did a very professional job for us on a new roof on a condo building in North side of Chicago. Great business - responsive, accommodating, construction oriented and well-priced (we only got estimates, since we're still in escrow). Tom was able to inspect the roof of our potential home with very little notice. There is a charge for inspections for homes you don't own - but he offered first to look at the roof via Google Earth and give me an unofficial estimate for free (in case that was all I needed.) We received our estimate and addresses of their finished projects in our email fallowing day. Overall, just a great experience with this business, and we do plan to have them do our roof (if we close!), just to let you know.

Tom and Derek from Chicago Roofing Pro were recommended to me by a friend who had work done on his home. My roof, siding and about 3’ of gutters were damaged during a hail storm and needed to be replaced. Derek came out and identified the problems and suggested that I should contact my insurance company. He met with the adjuster and made sure all the damage was properly documented. Sure enough the damage was severe and was covered by my policy. After discussing my options I hired him. His crew was out two days later. The work was completed in less than two days. Siding on dormer, roof on house and garage, siding on garage, and new gutters and down spouts all around. They even had to replace some wood on the roof and install all new vents. I can't believe how great everything looks. They cleaned up all the mess and never bothered me for anything. I have recommended Chicago Roofing Pro to other friends and they have all used Chicago Roofing Pro. Very professional and cared about my satisfaction, on top of that they suggested and installed 40 year old Tomko shingles. My roof, my house looks beautiful and I am very happy that I used them. We had Chicago Roofing Pro replace the roof on our garage. The price was competitive and representative from Chicago Roofing Pro was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew cleaned up very well; I couldn't even tell they had been there except that I had a brand new roof on my garage. Very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again for future repairs.

I have a modified rubber flat roof. He recommended a full tear off & rafter replacement and he fixed my problem within very short time.These guys worked quickly, and I will use them again, when I can afford to replace the entire roof. Thank you, Darek & Tom.
