CHICAGO MOTORS... IS THE GREATEST CAR DEALERSHIP IN THE NATION!!!!...TOP OF THE LINE USED GOVERNMENT VEHICLES! CHICAGO MOTORS PROFESSIONALISM & PRICES ..CAN NOT BE BEAT!!!!

I do not know where to begin! DO NOT BE DECEIVE IN BELIEVING IN THEIR SO CALL PICTURES OF THE VEHICLE. They advertise falsely and illegally. Its not what it seems. I found their site since the price was reasonable and due to my professionalism I needed the police package vehicles. First and foremost, they are very inappropriate unprofessional individuals who do not know how to communicate and deceive individuals who rather transfer their vehicles throughout the state, due to long distance travel. I liked the vehicle so I begin calling and trying to inquire regarding it. No one answers then on the other end after multiple calls; person answers with heavy Indian accent and tells me what I wanted to hear. I asked for prior accident and certain inquiry regarding vehicle. They said in quote " well the car was hit by a deer once and there is nor prior accidents period; I just drove the vehicle you like and the vehicle is awesome" Bottom line they are liars and unethical. can't postmorewords

Abdul and Ted at Chicago Motors are honest, amazing people. I had a real problem with the first truck I purchased from them. Within a week of the original purchase, I was driving a replacement, new truck purchased from them.
Even though I believe the truck I purchased had the problems, from the auction they purchased from, Abdul and Ted stood behind their product. They did EVERYTHING they could to make me happy, including taking the broken truck back. I have no problems now with the new truck.
I am a very happy and satisfied customer. These are extremely honest people with integrity and will stand behind their product and make you happy.
Buy with confidence. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Abdul and Ted at Chicago Motors Inc.

I am an out of town customer and purchased a car at Chicago Motors. I dealt with Mohammad, who was very professional and responsive to my questions and needs. The car was exactly as advertised and the entire experience was "no hassle". They worked with me to make me happy and I really appreciate their going the extra mile. Not only would I recommend Chicago Motors to other potential buyers, I would buy my next car from here too.

My husband and I drove three hours to go here to look at four different cars. I talked to someone the night before to see if they take trade ins. I was told they do and there was no problem.



When we got there the parking was very poor. I think we circled the block three times to finally get a parking spot around the block.



The lot was horrific. Cars were super dirty and you couldn't fit between the cars enough to even walk through.



Once we got in the tiny office, the man didn't really seem to know how to talk to customers or sell a car. He gave us keys to one vehicle we were wanting to look at and the key fob didn't even work.



The cars were so close together you couldn't even open the doors all the way to see or get in the car. The smell in the first one was horrible and was way different cosmetically than in the pictures online. There were lots and lots of scratches that they did not show on the pictures. I understand they were used cop cars, but at least show the scratches so it isn't deceiving especially for people that are driving a long way to get there. The layer of dirt on them doesn't help either.



We went ahead and looked at the second vehicle we were interested in. This one was a little better cosmetically outside and inside. But they fill the holes on the roof where lights used to be with a type of caulk and it looks super trashy because they overflow the hole and it bulges out. It just looks bad, very bad. Understanding these are cop cars, there are still holes in the ceilings where they have ripped out dome lights and where spotlights were taken out. Total turn off to buy the car.



While listening to the engine run with the second vehicle, I told the man before we go further I wanted them to assess my trade so they could be doing that while I look at more cars. He asked me what kind of car it was and if I had the title. Of course I did not have the title. I had a loan. It is an almost $35,000 car, $65,000 brand new. He told me if you don't have the title in hand they won't take trades. He went on to mention that they don't finance anymore. I told him that I already had financing set up with my bank and will have a check for them but first I needed him to look at my trade. I'm not sure if they are aware, but the bank sends the title to them once the loan is paid off by them via a check which would take less than a week to get in the mail.



He kept saying they don't finance there, which was frustrating, because again, I wasn't asking them to finance. He said they only do trades if you have the title in hand. I was never told this when I spoke with the man the previous day. I told him about speaking with the guy the day before who assured us they took trades and I also mentioned that we had just drove three hours to look at their cars. He said he felt bad but there was nothing that he could do.



I then told him we were wasting our time there then because we went there to trade in my car, which is definitely their loss because this was a very rare car. If there was better parking, they may have been able to see that they would have wanted my car in their lot. I'm not trying to gloat, but it would have given them some business that they needed.



All in all, from the moment we got there, the whole place gave off bad vibes. I would not suggest driving from out of town, or even out of state to go here because you WILL be disappointed. After spending almost $100 in gas to get there and back and taking about 7 hours of my life I will never get back, I'm very disappointed. Their pictures online are very deceiving, the parking was awful, and the service/communication sucked.

I just purchased a vehicle from them and had an excellent customer experience and the vehicle is just what I was looking for and the staff was excellent in every way, would purchase from them again.

I made online offers in 2 cars through their site. No response whatsoever on either. Made an e mail inquiry about shipping. Again, no response. I eventually called and asked for sales fully intending to buy a car at their asking price right then and there. Was told the sales guy was busy outside. Not so much as a return call. They just lost a sale. Judging from their reviews here and elsewhere I would say it was to my benefit.

Deceiving and Untrustworthy.

Make sure that if you have an agreement they do write it down on your contract.

We bought an SUV from them for my mom and the tires were wore out to the core, the agreement was that in the cash price we were paying they will install 4 NEW TIRES and to pick up the car 2 days later. Well they did put 4 tires, but they were all used, wore out and different sizes. One had a fix-a-flat plus the spare tire is flat. To top that the car had less than a quarter of oil. How can they give you a year guarantee with such a bad service.

They had no concern for the safety of the buyer, in this case my mom.

When we called to claim it, their answer was that they never said "NEW TIRES, its not cost effective and that he is not in the tire business" ... very unprofessional and deceiving...

If you are paying cash, hold on to a final payment upon completion of anything they "promise" they will have fix on your vehicle or just take your business somewhere else.

Excellent to deal with. Purchase Crown Vic PI in July 2011 ... never seen in person, and shipped to my door at a fair price. All issues were resolved promptly and fairly. Thanks again, A.G. ! Look fwd to future business.

Just purchased SECOND car from Chicago Motors ... never seen in person!

I only saw pics, just like the last car 2 years ago. Chicago Motors was great with the negotiations, delivery price and worked out any small details upon its arrival. I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and discuss a 3rd purchase. They know me by name.

And a side note ... BE PATIENT ... these guys are busy too, They WILL get back to you if you leave a message.

Good deal on the car...until the drive from Chicago to North Carolina. Battery died everytime we turned off the ignition and 2 check engine lights came up 150 miles out, tried to call a couple times in the next couple days and surprise no answer. I had planned on getting another Tahoe from them in the next year black one I really wanted a but I believe I would rather pay more for something without the hidden problems I have found along the way since.

i baught i car from their not too long ago. the car seemed in good conditions no problems but the next day when i wanted to turn it on it wouldnt start!!! after a while it turned on the car ran good but shortly after the check engine light came on and the next morning the same thing happen the car wont turn on!!
