AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW A RESIDENT IN CALIFORNIA CAN SLAM A LOCAL SHOP HERE IN CHICAGO.DON'T HESITATE COMING INTO THE FAUCET SHOPPE, YOU WILL FIND THE PARTS AND SERVICE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. THE BEST SHOP IN TOWN.P.S. I FOUND ALL MY GROHE PARTS THERE AND THEY WERE IN STOCK. ANOTHER GUY LOCATED A FEW MILES AWAY WANTED TO ORDER THE PARTS AND CHARGE ME LIKE DOUBLE.

Come on can you really have 5 star reviews from a company that rips off it customers. Read further and see how many people have been ripped off by this company on other review sites. Can you really have five stars and one stars. Me thinks not. This company ripped me off and blamed me. They are rude ignorant people and should not be in business. Do your homework before taking a chance. Read all the bad reviews it's like a broken record same MO every time and their terms are funny says they are responsible for nothing and governed by the laws of California. They are ripoffs by design and their good reviews are self initiated. This is what Buyer Beware is all about.

This place is amazing. They have everything you could ever imagine in the plumbing world, especially old parts. I was looking for this one specific part for my faucet for months until finally I drove an hour to this place and they had it right there. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you so very much Faucet Shoppe...you are a diamond in the rough.
