If I could give this place a 0 I would. I left a expensive dress with them and it came back another color, while this was a bad situation, it was made worse by the woman who works there repeated lying and her rudeness. She snatched the dress from me at one point and when i finally got it back she wouldn't give me a refund or put it in plastic or a hanger. They rent the space to at presidential towers which is where I used them. They treat customers rudely, yell at them, lie and hang up on them. the woman also called me while i was at work and started yelling at me about how the dress was that color when i brought it in (i have pictures from the week before showing a completely different dress); go here if you want your clothes ruined and people who tell their customers that they are lying about their own clothes and yell at their customers. Worst experience with a dry cleaner ever.
