I have a car an pay 200 a month for the cracked out whit hype lady behind the desk calls u before you're payment is due to ask to bring some in before ??? Are u trying to smoke my car payment u hype

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! If there was a lower rating, I'd select it. This place is TERRIBLE! I found a vehicle from this dealer on Autotrader and, because I lived so far away, worked out the details on the phone. I asked Kevin (who told me he was the GM) if there was anything wrong with the car whatsoever and he told me it was "near perfect". I confirmed this by asking if there was any dents, dings, scratches, or ANY blemishes in the paint at all. He said he had been driving it as a demo and he guaranteed it's condition. Everything seemed ok so I made the 650 mile drive to Chicago to buy the car. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the condition of the car lot. First off, it's in a rough part of town and I felt like I needed to watch my back the entire time I was there. The next thing I noticed was the lack of professionalism that the few employees displayed (playing LOUD and offensive music in dealership cars, appearance, etc.). When I was taken to where the car was, I began to walk around the car. There were scratches EVERYWHERE! Door dings on every door, the front of the car was pitted with rock chips, the wheels all had curb rash, and there was a hole (yes, a HOLE) in the grill about the size of a golfball! Needless to say, I didn't buy the car and I was pissed! The only thing they were willing to say was "that's why we don't like selling cars over the internet". Oh and he also told me it was my fault for driving that far to buy a car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
