I don't know if my experience was typical, but it was definitely very positive. I was moving to Chicago from Indiana and was not extremely familiar with the city. I checked out 6 or 7 places on my own near Wrigleyfield and they were all pretty dumpy. I then contacted Chicago Apartment Solutions and they showed me a few ok places and then the agent suggested looking at a place he had in an area called Roscoe Village, a little west of Wrigley. The place was great and I really like the area as well. So, I am definitely happy that I contacted them. I hope others have as much success.
