Management has been extremely responsive to any issue brought up. The system in place works, even outside of business hours. The pro-active thinking regarding our porches is comforting. Everything from our back screen to our porch lightbulb has been handled quickly and professionally, 24/7.My only issue is the maintenance of the back of our buildings. We all use our back doors as often, if not more than the front and I don't think they assume that is the case so it is not paid attention to as much. I know much of the responsibility lands on the kids who throw their cigarette butts or don't pick up their dropped garbage, but if mngmt could check the light by the laundry room, the slipperiness of the stairs, or the back drains regularly that would be awesome.
