Male employee quite arrogant. More interested in telling us what we "should" select due to the latest fashions, instead of listening to our likes/dislikes. His opinions were followed by eye rolling and deep breathing, communicating to us of his disapproval of "our" style and selections. There ARE other eyewear businesses in Chicago and we will be returning to Eye Spy where the employees are cool, accepting, helpful, and relaxed...this guy was completely in to himself and all out RUDE...can't believe he's in sales. What a disappointment.

Dr. Stienmetz has the BEST selection of frames in Chicago, he doesn't know it but I myself am an optometrist and I go to his place because he has the best frames you can find. His frames are high quality and unique, he also uses a good lab for the lenses. You can find tons of opticals with cheaper frames and lower quality/cheaper lenses but you get what you pay for.
