Provided by YPmobileThey get one star only because you are required to do so in order to leave feedback. Went to Chatham on the recommendation of my ins. Agent who sends them a significant amount of business. I was spoken to in such a rude and condescending manner that I was compelled to say such to the older gentleman with glasses who was at the counter. His response was as rude as the initial interaction so I left and went to Beverly Glass located a few miles away and what a difference.... Greeted and assisted warmly by Mike with a price 15% lower than Chatham. I am informing my agent of both experiences so that he can direct his clients to a place that values business.
