I love, love charmed lash studio. They never disappoint and I always get compliments on how natural looking my lashes look.

Stop making BW feel weird about normal everyday womanly things. Lash stylist used too many fans and it still took a long time

A relaxing experience, very nice technician. I followed the techs instructions but Unfortunately my lashes didn't last a full week.

I have been to Charmed before and find the atmosphere relaxing. I normally have Sofia as my technician. This time I made an appointment with a different Technician and was told if I was 15 min. late my appt would be cancelled because this would be going into another person's time slot. I made sure I arrived early. When I arrived Sofia was with a client and there was someone asleep on the couch. I thought maybe Sofia would be my technician afterall, so I waited. I waited 20 minutes past my appt time. Sofia finished her client and went and woke the person on the couch; she was my technician. She proceeded to get up, go to the restroom, come back get prepared and call me to the table. She laughed and said sorry I fell asleep! She completed my lashed quickly. I have several places were there are large clumps of glue visible, and I already have lashes falling out. I couldn't really see the end result well until the next morning when things had settled. I was disappointed. With the past experiences being so good this was certainly not what I expected.
