CAP as this clinic is known and I spent many years on this program and there is one thing they are concerned with, MONEY. I decided to just pay by check $240 once a month. First visit 01/12/2016 paid $240. Second visit 01/2016, I paid $240 and told them just put it towards my account. First visit in 2/2016 paid $240. Decided to use what I had built up to pay March. 4/1/2016 Came in with a check for $120 and they said I owed $240 or would not be medicated or put on 21 day detox. I had paid $720 from Jan. 12th to April 1st but the so-called counselor refused to look at my history of payments since Jan. 12th 2016 on. Called many times, was promised a callback from a supervisor but none called. CAP refuses to give me the money they owe me and refused to medicate me with 13 days carry because I "owed" $240 on 4/1/2016 after paying $720. $720 is full payment for 3 months. Anything to do with money CAP never, ever, makes a mistake. IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY AT CAP. Decided to stop going.
