We installed a new kitchen and replaced carpets 1 month ago and used HCO for the kitchen tiles and carpet. They have a huge selection and the price is reasonable. We had spent a lot of time looking for a particular kind of tile in a size we can't find in other stores and our sales guy Mark found it for us in 10 minutes. We also had a tight schedule for carpet delivery/installation and Mark kept it all on time for us. The installation was smooth and on time.

I live in Lakeview area, and there are many carpet and floor stores but after doing the window shopping and finding what I liked I checked the prices and Home carpet one was the best deal. The hardwood floors look great and so does the porcelain tile in kitchen.

I recently purchased carpet for 3 rooms in our brand new home. Meaghan was great to work with giving me plenty of recommendations while at the same time being patient with all of the decisions.

Home Carpet One is exactly what a flooring store should be like. They have a giant selection of in stock material for quick installation. I was doing a photo shoot and was under a tight deadline. Home Carpet One delivered as promised and did a great job. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I used this place 5 years ago for tile. The selection was vast and my order was well handled. The installation was great and 5 years later is still looks good. Now in the market for carpet. Eddy handled my order. The measuring went without a hitch. The installers were fast and got it done. It was not as painful as I thought it was going to be.

We have now worked with Home Carpet One on three separate occasions and are truly impressed. They have a great selection of fine carpet but most importantly, they are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind their products. We had a situation where our master bedroom carpet didn't perform as we hoped it would and after some months of back and forth, HCO replaced the carpet with a comparable product. We were very pleased with our end result and with the fact that our contact at HCO (Mark Gustin) stayed committed to see the process through. Mark is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely work with HCO in the future and would recommend them to friends.

The best part of my experience has been the quality of the installation. I have never been home for most of the prior work, but this most recent time I was around for a large portion of the job. It was originally thought to be a two day job, but the team made so much progress on Day 1 that they decided to stay late to finish up the job. By late I mean 9:30 p.m. and they didn't even break for dinner. They really worked diligently and did great job moving furniture back and forth (including some very heavy pieces). The final product was flawless, and my total wasted carpet amounted to no more than a couple of tiny pieces good enough for floor mats. Overall, a very positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have used Home Carpet One to re-carpet every square inch of my single family home over the past two years (including some areas more than once due to water damage). They have an excellent selection of reasonably priced carpets. Moreover, my salesperson (Mark Gustin) smartly pointed out a higher quality carpet than my original selections that they were able to offer me at a much cheaper price due to their large inventory holding. The measurement people always have come to my home exactly on time and were quick and efficient.

Flooring I have worked with Home Carpet on a several occasions. I have personally purchased flooring for my own unit as well as referring them to friends and customers. All of my customers have been happy with the results. Great selection of Tile and Hardwood and very friendly staff at the show room.

Whenever we go there, we have had wonderful sales assistance selecting tiling and carpet. They have a good selection of both. The first carpet job was done timely and efficiently. All seams were good except one. When I called about the issue, a new manager Shawn had arrived, and was GREAT at immediately taking care of the showing seam. We also had had some new tiles installed prior to Shawn. The tiles arrived on time and all in good shape. The tile job installer not from, but thru, Home Carpet One was nice, but not timely finishing, and in one shower left a floor tile elevated from the rest, and left out a small wall tile. However again, although the manager had just started, as soon as I made him aware of the issue, he quickly got installers back in to fix both spots. It looks perfect now.

We had originally ordered carpeting and tiling in the summer, and then after a fiasco that WAS fixed by Home Carpet One, we ordered more carpeting and all went smoothly. There is a new manager and he quickly corrected our previous carpet and tile work issue, and made our second carpet install experience a smooth one.

The Home carpet one is a great company to do bussiness with , they have a huge selection of products for home , condo or bussines , . They have carpet, floors of all kinds , tile, ceramics, stone, plus they install what they sell . I can reccommend this place , and I know that you will find something you like

Home Carpet One has a great selection of carpet. I found exactly what I was looking for. The sales staff is friendly & helped me find what I was looking for. The installation process was wonderful. The installers showed up on time & did an excellent job installing the carpet. They removed my old carpet & did a great job with the cleanup.

We wanted to remove the carpeting in our two upstairs attic bedrooms and install laminate. Other flooring professionals told us the subfloor was too rocky and it couldn't be done, but Joel and the guys at Home Carpet One helped us come up with a solution: Flexible premium vinyl flooring that looked just like beautiful wood. Their flooring installers did an amazing job too. Those rooms are now our favorite rooms in the house! When we're ready to do more flooring work these guys will definitely get my return business.
