This law firm represents tenants. If you are a landlord you are screwed. They use stall tactics to allow the squatter/tenants to remain in your property without paying rent for months. Each time I have gone to court, there is a different attorney. There is such a display of incompetence when an attorney comes to court but has no information regarding settling the case. They have to speak with their client. The whole point of coming to court is to be ready with information regarding getting their client out of your property. The attorney indicated that I was representing myself and he was representing the tenant/squatter; what difference does that make, either come to court with your client or be ready to discuss when the client can leave the property. It will never be the tenant's property and eventually they will have to leave. They always request a jury (another stall tactic). This is their client's second eviction; seems like a pattern. Landlords should have rights also. I rated them low because of their lack of readiness when appearing in court and stalling for time for the tenant. I am sure tenants love them.
