This place is horrendous. Inexperienced CNAs and Nurses with insufficient command of the English language. Food is not nutritional and is mostly junk food.
The neglect is continuous because of the constant lack of stAff. You have to beg for bed linens and maintenance. They have a serious bug problem and took months to correct it. Administrators are known for making promises, but consistently ignore the NEEDS of the residents. DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE AT THIS FACILITY. They are an assembly- line health care facility only.

K what I'd like to know is how did my review get erased. So I guess if it's negative, someone deletes it. Scam!!!!!

We have at least 21 patient at night .That is if we have 3 cnas on the floor.When we are two cnas on the floor we have at least 34 patientsa piece.We have to get up five resident and shower them. My question is how are we going to give excellent care to so many patients,without the morning staff complaining or the bosses. That the patient is wet and the floor smells bad or the family members complaining the patient smells.How do we resolve this problem?
