People don't go there they have great people working there but when it comes to paying your debt and trying to low your interest terminan robandote tu dinero mi gente ballan

This place doesn't even deserve 1 Star!!! NEVER go there they live off of ripping of people!!!!

26% interest highly inflated prices 5000 dollars over priced on every car. Don't go there like dealing with the devil for old cars and high mileage. I personally sold cars for 10 years and always looked out for customers they are liars cheats ans thieves thanks!

All I can say all the car outlet are awful!! Yes they approved me but then they asked me for double the amount they asked for in the beginning and the manager was rude!! Then they tell me only myself can ride the vehicle!! Seriously am the one paying for it and the insurance! Don't tell me who can drive my car! So I walked out! Don't ever ever buy a car from here! They will rip you off!!! Plus the cars are not worth for what there asking for!

This place is trash! I like how all the comments are negative until the last 4. They were magically "perfect" experiences. All written in the same week. It's obviously car outlet people writing themselves good reviews. This place is trash, a former car salesman told me that they scam you with insurance. They claim it's full coverage but its not!!!

I bought a 2010 Toyota corolla from Car Outlet and I had a great visit. The sales rep on the phone was very nice and helpful. I went in and had a great salesman. He explained the features and options and we made a deal. I would recommend to all.

This is my second time purchasing a car from Car Outlet dealership. I'm very happy everything went smoothly and customer service was fantastic. Will come back for next year to purchase for my sons graduation.

I have bought a 2003 Mazda Van. It looked like it was in good condition so we went ahead and bought it. exactly 3 weeks later the engine light come on. We called the dealer and they said "bring it in to the nearest mechanic that has a contract with us and we will look at it and TRY to fix it. So that was about 45 minutes away, which was in convince for me. When I took the time to take it the light turn off, so now the mechanic will not look at it and the dealer also agreed. That was bull s****. So now the light keep turning off and on and the van need looked at at my expense.



Before knowing all this I referred a friend there and I never received their so called discount or a payment paid by them. Because the salesman said that my friend didn't mention my name right away. Well of course not!!!!!! She mentioned it at the time on the paperwork of the sale. So I called to get credit and nothing happen with that, I got the run around.



I have a less than one year to pay for the cramp vehicle and I would like to warn everybody about this place. I have had more issued with this stupid place but its too long to mention. They are not nice people to work with and this place is a RIP OFF. Please pass this along everyone you know

amigos mios lo unico que les puedo decir es que estas personas (car outlet) venden los carros con mas problemas de chicago te venden una garantia que no te sirve de nada tengo un mes con el carro y ah sido un problemas tras otro definitiba mente no se los recomiendo cuando quieres comprarles un carro te hablan a diario pero una vez que lo compras y ocupas una garantia es imposible comunicarte con ellos te dan una sita asta unas semanas despues mientras tanto te quedas sin carro NO SE DEJEN ENGANAR
