I was just at this "dental clinic" last week. The waiting room is crowded and cold. The staff....oh the staff! I came across one polite young woman. I had conversations with many others and witnessed their interactions with other patients. As I said, all but one member of the staff was extremely rude. They gave short snippy answers to patients asking questions. They spent more time talking about partying and what they were going to do over the weekend. *One woman asked a lady behind the desk several times about a quote for her tooth extraction. The lady behind the desk gave her several different prices. She refused to give her a straight answer, finally the woman left.*Patients that were waiting as long as 3 hours finally got up to leave. They all went across the street to another clinic. The staff went nuts. They all agreed if those patients came back that they would not be seen by a doctor. Merry Christmas!

My experience started out great. I was pleased with both dentists who worked on me. Some time after, I received a letter saying I owed them money for one of my visits. I had paid cash (I didnt have insurance at the time) in full for each visit before I left the office. I called to let them know they had made a mistake. The lady in charge of billing wasnt helpful or polite. I understand customer service isnt at the top of the priority list in the medical field, but its important to me. Luckily was able to find my receipt and called her back with the receipt number and was told I had to bring it in. I told her fine. This was an inconvience and it wasnt something I rushed. Then I receive a letter explaining to me why I wouldnt have a receipt. Not once, but twice. Basically saying that I was a liar. Mind you the "non-existent" receipt was in the mail.
