Provided by YPmobileA friend recommended CAFE BIONDA and raved about his food and experience. he compared it to the other fine Italian restaurants in the Chicago area. after having some appetizers and our main course, I say"LOOK OUT"!! Bionda has a nice atmosphere and is oddly shaped with a front and rear entrance. the rear area was a little drafty and the help and host seemed annoyed that we asked to be moved. definitely customer service needs improvement. I decided to not bother. great food. I will visit again. although business seems good, it seems like it needs a better layout. clean and nicely decorated. good luck Bionda.
