I have utilized this company for about 5yrs. The cleaners do an excellent job. I would recommend CK to anyone, they also came in less than 24hrs. Very dependable!!?

I hired C.K. Cleaning Specialists to clean my house, and the cleaning lady ended up stealing my IPad and some gift cards. The company is bonded and insured yet refuses to reimburse us or return our items. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

WORST. BUSINESS. EVER! To make a long and angry story short, this company is thee worst. Purchased a 4 hour cleaning and the woman only worked for 2 and a half hours. She did a terrible job. She arrived 2 hours early for the appointment as I was still in bed. Once she claimed she was done, I still saw the same dirt on my floor. She said that she has swept and mopped the whole place and that maybe MY swiffer just didnt work on the stains. I stopped her and told her that we used the same swiffer every week and it worked fine, if you actually USE IT! By this time I wanted her out of my house so I ended up cleaning up after she was gone. This was a waste of money and time. SO SO SO unprofessional. I want nothing to do with this company ever again. I dont want them to try to rectify the situaiton, I just want to erase that day from my memory.

Can I give these guys a zero?

Terrible. Appalled by their lack of professionalism. After a week of trying to get in contact, and several messages, and an angry Facebook wall post, I was finally able to make an appointment-- an appointment they never showed up to. Had to contact them again from another phone, and was told I would need to reschedule -- no apologies, nothing. Again, no returned phone call. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. These guys should not be allowed to run a business. Waiting for my refund from Groupon.

Run as fast as you can from this so called cleaning specialist if you need air duct cleaning. The cleaning guy came over my place with only a regular vacuum and dressed like he is going to the restaurant and not cleaning vents. Not the right equipment, not even ladder to reach the higher vent opening, nothing.I got my money back (after a long fight over the phone with their owner Kimberly), but somebody will get scammed.

I loved the quality work CKS Cleaning service gave me and I would recommend that company to my friends and fellow business associates
