The first thing they ask is to make an appointment one hour early just in case ride late i respect that, and did that, ride still was late, no complaint at all nothing period, after appointment call for return ride and that when problems happened, asked driver can wait 5 mins so i can get my breathing meds, supervisor called telling me if i didnt get in ride that i was going to left, i asked for 5mins to get medicine and couldnt do that but was late to come get me as well as late to appointment but you rushing me to get my medicine, than when i leave my meds because i have no other way home or way to get my meds, you pass my house to go get someone else. I called to talk to supervisor to understand why you all rush me couldnt wait 5 mins but you pass my house to get someone else, and she couldnt say anything to explain that but she did tell me if i didnt wanna get picked up late maybe instead of making the pick up an hr before doctor appointment which is what the time period is maybe i need to make it even sooner, it also suppose to be a 15min grace period after appointment i couldnt even get that. Buzy As A Beaver is a transportation service im sorry i can not do again that right there showed me how heartless people can really be. I have no meds to last me through the night and no way to get them tomorrow so thank you
