The drive thru service was terrible. The young girl who took my order, messed it up totally. When I pick my order up at the drive thru, it was all wrong. On top that to add insult to injury. The girl that took my order, told me what I ordered instead of trying to correct it and was very rude. The manager must've over heard the discrepancy, because she intervend and corrected my order. If it wasn't for the manager intervening, I would've gotten the first girl told and reported her to management. That's the only reason I gave the one star rating. I will not go to another BK's. End of story.
