DO NOT GO HERE - The #1 job of any dry cleaner is to make sure you get your clothes back. This was not the case in my experience at Buckingham Cleaners II.



Buckingham Cleaners II lost my jacket and would not reimburse me for its full value. It had been worn maybe a handful of times max. Upon realizing my jacket was lost, since I had not received it back for one month, they asked me if I would, "like to negotiate" for the value of the lost jacket. I said, "no" and told them I wanted to be reimbursed the full value of the item, which they refused to do.



They continued to argue with me that since the jacket had been worn a few times it is worth much less than what I paid for it. I understand the logic behind this, but the bottom line is I have to buy a brand new jacket to get this back. I'm just thankful this wasn't some kind of sentimental item since I am never going to see it again. I would not trust this dry cleaner to return anything once it is in their possession.



I will never go here again. There are actually several cheaper options online that I discovered after I became fed up with this place.



I understand in rare events that dry cleaners can lose clothes, but I would think that if this happens you would be reimbursed by the cleaner. It took weeks of arguing back and forth for a partial reimbursement.
