There door says open 9a-9p. I had a 10 appointment with Dominque, I got there at 9:30 and the shop was closed I stayed there until 10:30. Calling the # she had online and the shop with no answer. It is now 2p. She didn't even have the decency to call me back and apologize. I missed work cause I had to go somewhere else and wait hours. Let just say I will never ever fool with them ever again. They deserve no stars but you can't submit without adding a star
