Our wait, in the car in front of their door because of Covid, was 1 hour. Supposedly because their phones didn't work although I'm not sure why it would matter.
Then the technician told us that our guinea pig has a mass on her mammary glad (as if we couldn't see it ourselves - that's why we came). No further guesses, let alone diagnosis, without a $100 X-ray.
We were given some antibiotics (tablets, to crush and prepare a solution, which our guinea doesn't like), and were promised the doctor would call us back the same day. She didn't. We called again because we were not even sure if they administered any medications. She was not available but we were told she would call first thing in the morning. She did not - ever. We are not sure what we spent $99.94 on. Never again.

She is awesome!! I will go back. She pays attention to details and very loving to my baby. I recommend Dr gill to Everyone.

I don't know where to start! I brought my dog in for shots and to get ears checked out. The staff was not friendly. The vet took him and gave shots and stated she'd cleans his ears. Then she started throwing all these other things in like nail clip, rabies, and another shot for dogs etc... In which she did it WITHOUT my permission on the table as she was telling me about it. The was not truly caring. My puppy is only 4 months old. She loaded him up at one time.



I called to days later still with concerns about his ears. Again the front desk girl was unfriendly and unprofessional. She got an attitude because I didn't seem satisfied with the service. At that point I asked for the vet to complain. If course, she was busy.



To end this, she did not call back urgent and all he needed was his ears cleaned.



HE'S NEVER GOING BACK.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. �������� IF I COULD GIVE THEM A "0" I WOULD!!

I have had wonderful service and care at this veternarian. Dr. Gill is very knowledgeable and really cares about the animals. She has gone above and beyond my expectations when caring for my dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My first visit to Bronzeville Animal Clinic with Dr Gill is when my dog broke the bones in his paw because I accidently drop him. The first thing she did was calm me down examined, x-ray researched and gave me her options, and I noticed my dog was very calm and comfortable with her. I took him back later in the week for his surgical procedure he is in a cast and takes his meds and he is doing fine. He is not afraid to walk into this clinic unlike his current vet. It was a great experience for me and my dog and we will continue to go back monthly until he is healed.

It's always stressful as you notice you family pet is getting older. And we were a little hesitant to find a new vet, but we also were to far from our current vet and wanted someone closer to our home. So I decided to call Bronzeville Animal Clinic. And so glad that we did. Dr. Gill was great. She made our dog Mia and myself feel relaxed. She took her time examining our pet and didn't make us feel rushed. Dr. Gill and staff really know how to make you feel comfortable.
