They are saving my foreclosure-filled condo building from certain failure. They worked dilligently to ensure that we left as little money on the table as possible while all of these foreclosures played out and hounded the banks who took back their properties to make sure that they paid their dues on time. We just recently had a meeting where they "cheerleaded" for our association members to get excited and interested in the changes that are taking place. I have high hopes for the new beginning they awarded our association.

Broad SHoulders currently manages my building. In the last 2 years, they managed to completely wipe out all our money in the reserve. They're excuse was snow removal fees were very high because it snowed too much...$800+ Does this make sense? They are supposed to budget your money and spend wisely, but obviously they don't. It is also rumored that they own the snow removal company too....

We are a newly created association that needed help with a lot of issues as our building is currently vacant and have a major work to be done. BSM was very helpful communicating with 3 Banks that owned 3 units that were foreclosed in our building, believe me they are the best they are easy to work with and communicate through email, phone ...Please hire them they will help you out. I would give them a 5 stars for the work that they helped me with. thumbs up.

Our association recently hired BSM to manage our building, and so far, they have done an excellent job. I was really surprised when I read the reviews below because BSM actually "picked up the pieces" that our last management company left behind. I guess time will tell, but so far so good!

Instead of putting these people in charge of your building you should burn your money. They will do the least amount of work possible. It actually turns into a joke. PLease! dont make the same mistake I did. If they had a no star rating I would have used that.
