We agreed on a deal on Monday. I wired the money on Tuesday. All your paperwork came on Wednesday. I signed and returned same day. Car was picked up on Thursday and delivered to me Sunday morning. The car cleaned up nice and looks to be in excellent condition. I was very impressed with Chris and his follow through. I enjoyed dealing with you. Thank you very much.

I would first like to say I have been looking at Bentley's for about 4 years now and never felt like it was the right time to purchase until we met Chris. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Chris. Chris had no clue if we were actually going to purchase the car or not but he made us feel welcome and answered all out questions. He spent hours showing us different Bentley's until we found the perfect one for us. Chris was very knowledgeable with all the features the Bentley had to offer and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We purchased the car while we were vacationing and Chris set up all the arrangements for delivery by the next day. I truly believe that if it were not for Chris I may have never actually purchased my dream car but he made it so easy.

The experience with Chris Abbas/Gold Coast was a welcome change from my last few auto purchases all of which have been from luxury dealerships. The paperwork was delivered in an easy to follow package and the back and forth exchange was very quick. The vehicle was exactly as described and was in perfect condition. Overall, this transaction was easier than I expected and I'm thrilled with my new car. Chris was very responsive to my calls and questions, followed up on open questions when he said he would, and kept me informed as the process moved along. My vehicle showed up a day earlier than promised which was a pleasant surprise.

Originally became familiar with the Bentley Gold Coast dealership after seeing a car on Ebay. Chris Abbas contacted me to answer my questions on a vehicle. WE spent a few days corresponding about the vehicles in stock. After narrowing our search to a couple of vehicles, we went to Chicago to see the cars. Chris was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He introduced us to Joe and he was also great to work with. The selection of cars at Bentley Gold Coast is second to none. A friend of mine has purchased five to six cars from the dealership and was very complimentary. I only hope that the Bentley dealership in Troy Michigan can service us on the same level. This was my first out of state purchase and I was pleasantly surprised how easy the entire process was. Chris made the transaction simple and painless.

I purchased an Aston Martin DBS Volante from the Bentley Gold Coast Dealership. I walked in off the street and was greeted by the owner of the Dealership who extended me a very warm welcome and spent about an hour and a half going over the new Aston Martin DBS Volante model. He answered all my question and did not put any undue pressure on me whatsoever concerning the purchase of this automobile. I met several of the staff who were equally impressive and were able to answer any questions I had concerning the purchase of this automobile.

My experience at Gold Cost was extraordinary. I was in contact with Chris for several weeks discussing the potential purchase of a Gallardo. His professionalism convinced me a trip to Chicago from Florida would have a happy ending. Upon arriving I was greeted by a salesperson and once I introduced myself his comment was ?the car you are interested in will be here shortly?. In a few minutes it arrived and I got to meet Chris. The entire transaction was painless, the lunch was great and the Lambo is just perfect. Chris and I continue to stay in contact. I remain impressed with Gold Coast?s selection of fine automobiles and recommend your services every chance I get.

I wanted to get back to you to express that my Gold Coast Ferrari purchase was a red letter day in more ways than one and, despite a small paperwork snafu, there were no surprises. I love living a block or so away from this place....highlight of my day whenever I go near is seeing the Lambos ....that and the look on tourist's faces when they see this place. That alone is worth a walk by this place.

It is amazing the level of knowledge they have about the cars, 4 visits later I finally made my decision and it is my new baby. I have shopped at other luxury car dealerships but none compare to the service I recieved at BGC. Thanks again.

great people to deal with --- went to buy a used bentley & bought a new GTC gave good trade in allowance & saved alot of money ----will be purchasing another car from Gold coast within the next couple of months
