I wanted to be a new customer at this bank on 1629 w 95th st. I entered your building around 3:30m on Jan 09, 2013 with my wife and kids! Your security guard was on his cell phone. There was no customers at all, I signed my name up to open an new account. security guard told me that some one would be with me shortly. I sitted my family in the waiting area. We waited ten minutes then I asked again is there someone available to help me open an account. The cashier replied that person is on break and should be with me whenever she comes off break. I waited another 15 minutes then I decided to leave your bank. your customer service wasn't what I thought it should be for any customer so I opened up an account with Bank of America. Maybe this might get someone's attention at this branch.
