Hi,

My friend had a party last Saturday night for her birthday and was unhappy with the service, as were others. The guy she set the event up with wasn't there, there was not the agreed upon champagne for a toast, the door guy was unkind and did not charge everyone that came to to the back. At the end of the party, an employee asked an intoxicated girl to pay the 300 buck rental fee because we didn't meet the requirement. She felt forced to pay even though it was not her party or agreement. With no contract signed and no real system to collect the money at the door, I feel this was done unethically. Feeling bad for the birthday girl and friend, I gave them 200 dollars on top of the 50 I spent on band and tip. Before taking this to the BBB and online review sites, I wanted to find out if your company had a way of resolving the issue.
