I called this company because of a leaking toilet. Bill came out changed the toilet ring, reset the toilet and charged a whopping $200! Outrageous! But if that had resolved my problem my review would have simply said "expensive". The problem persisted still causing leaking in my neighbors bathroom. We called Bill lback out and now his recommendation is that there has to be leaking in the walls and we would need to go inside the walls and discover which pipe was leaking!! What?? He even recommended his construction company and that perhaps our homeowners insurance would pay to have this fixed. I was convinced that at this point he was either incompetent or trying to take advantage of the situation. I eventually had a new plumber to come out and he fixed the toilet and sealed it correctly and I've had no problems with leaking since. Run from this company...you've been warned!

I have had the opportunity to have Bill's Plumbing perfrom work for me on two occasions. I found the work to be shoddy as I had to have them come out two times to rod my sewer before it was done right. On another occasion they wanted to tell me what I needed to have done vs what I wanted and charged me $$$$$, I then asked for my permit which Bill committed to send to me but I never got and promised to visit my site to review the wosk I had a problem with, which he never did. I would strongly recommend that you look for other plumbers when a problem arises as they never complete the and are very expensive.
