I went to the spa for a facial, massage, pedicure and manicure. The guy who did the pedicure was sawing back and forth at my nails, he took 1hour and 45 min on the pedicure attempting to polish my toes, until i said i had enough. The masseur attempted to massage my chest (i am a female)which startled me. I had to end the day. When my husband confronted Betty she said that she stood by her people. I felt violated. Two of my friends had similar experiences, she is cutting corners with her help. The service was terrible!!!!
