They RUINED $ pairs of my jeans! I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to. First of all when I first came in to drop off my clothes, the lady at the front desk had an attitude. She seemed angry at the fact that I brought as much clothes as I did. But isn't that what they are in business for!?? Anyway, When I came back to pick up my dry cleaning at the scheduled pick up time, it was not ready. Came back 2 hrs later and it STILL was not ready. They made me wait until the following Monday. Came back Monday around noon and my clothes was STILL NOT READY!! I had to stand there while the tailor finished my jeans.



I Initially requested that four pairs of my jeans be repaired, as they all had holes in them. When I got home I noticed that all four of them had HUGE patches over the holes that were to be repaired!!!!! And to make it worse, the patches didn't even match the color or pattern of my jeans. If that isn't tacky I don't know what is. I called in to ask if they could remove the patches and if i could get my $$ back and they said no!!



I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!! `
