I needed my tub refinished after a minor accident that damaged it. i called them and they were extremely friendly and easy to make an appointment with. the tech came and did my tub and it looks brand new. i asked them to remove the drain but they said it was a plumbers job, overall great work and would recommend to everyone.

This "company" is a fraud. We hired them in Feb 2012 to repair our bathtub. By May the tub start to crack worse than it was prior to their "repair". When we tried to contact them to schedule repairs under their "5 year warranty" they would not return our messages. When we were able to get in contact with them, we scheduled an appointment, which no one from the company bothered to show up for. We were able to then schedule a second appointment, and again no one showed up. I once again contacted their office and was told one of the owners, either a Tony or an Alan would call me, they didn't. I have since not been able to get a response to any messages, or any answer from the two numbers listed. As a result I have filled complaints with both the BBB and the Illinois Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Department. They are a joke.

Worst company to deal with. Once they have your money and the initial job is completed no way to get them to do warranty work. Their warranty is a joke. They ruined my tub as well and now I have to go to arbitration to get my tub fixed and money refunded.

This company claims to be members of the Bathtub Refinishing Association of America which they are not. I have had several inquiries by unsatisfied customers requesting verification of their membership. I have attempted contact with the company to remove my logo from their site via phone, email and US mail with no response. At this point, it is my belief that this company may be a sham. I also want to add, almost all of their content is copied from other sites, none of it is original. They are nothing but service brokers. Booking work with them is a gamble, if you happen to get a sub that does decent work, your warranty might be good. If you happen to get a sub that does shoddy work, you will have nothing more than a tailgate warranty and you will be left holding the bag. If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. This company broke our drain in the tub and has REFUSED to take responsibility. We have called/emailed for weeks without response. Do NOT hire them at at all!!!!

Heard about these guys on yelp. Called them to for a quote and they quoted me $279 to refinish the tub in white with free re-caulking and non-slip surface..it was a promotion they were running during the holidays. Anyways, the technician Moses came to my home at 9AM and left at around 1:30PM. They covered the whole bathroom and protected everything. Once the tub was done i made payment by check and within an hour received an email with my receipt and 5 year warranty. The tub looks brand new now. I would definitely hire them again.

Very professional service. Very helpful. My bathtub and bathroom looks amazing. I would recommend this company if anyone is looking to remodel and refinish their bathtubs or bathrooms...A++ service.
