In the beginning I was happy with this company, until after I receive my second listing of apartment. It was practically the same one! Your only with this company for 90 days; even if you don't find anything they get to keep your money! which to me is not good if you keep telling them that the listings that they are giving you can't find any apartments that you like, but the third listing of apartment , I never received it....I've been calling everyday to get a email, nothing!! I've been dissatisfied with the services I have been getting from this company every since I got the second listing. I work hard for my money and I am serious about finding me and my family in apartment.I just called them today for a listing I am still waiting to hear back from somebody which I may have to call again; I just wish I never gave you my money, because now I will not be going through this. something should be done about them giving people the same listings and they are not finding any apartments I should be refunded at least half of my money for going through this...if any customer is not satisfied with the service that they are getting they should be refunded at least half of their money if they have not found an apartment within the 90-day. Or if they are not satisfied with the services, This needs to stop!!
