I had a horrible experience at this salon. The staff and students are unorganized. There is no supervising instructor at any of the locations. The Wicker Park location was shut down due to the water and electricity not working. The other location on Chicago Ave does not have working heat. On top of all this, they did not even have the necessary supplies to style my hair. My stylist could not find shampoo, conditioner or a plastic cap for my hair. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Not only should this school be removed from groupon but it should be shut down by the board of health department.!!!
