I would not even give a one star rating to this company if it would let me! The site made me give at least a one star. We spent almost $2,000 on an extended warranty and my sons water pump failed which cause the whole system to shut down, overheating and blowing the engine. They agree that the water pump failed, but said it was his fault because he drove it like that. Basically we are liars!

Read reviews from other customers on line, they(First Extended Service Corporation) pick and choose if your part or situation is covered. By my findings there are many upset customers who purchased this service. Do your own research befor purchasing. I am also contacting the dealership whom offered me this extended service and ask them why they would even offer business from this company.
