Ashley's Quality Care Inc in Chicago, IL are not paying their employees on time. Nor are they giving their employees adequate explanation as to why they are not paying timely. They want their employees to continue to come to work and give 100 percent but are being told that their checks are on hold until further notice. This is the 3rd time this year this has happened. The employees have gone over a month without getting paid when they are suppose to receive payment every 2 weeks. This is ridicules

Ashely's Quality Care is a horrible company to work for. They are not paying their employees in a timely manner. My father has an excellent caregiver who is very reliable and professional. I can always count on her that my Dad is receiving great care. However I am afraid that we may lose her because she cant pay her bills. This is the 3rd time this year that she has gone over a month without receiving her paycheck. And the company is not giving a valid reason as to why they aren't able to pay their employees. My father's caregiver has received a 5 day notice where she lives and her bank account is overdrawn because of not getting paid. If I had the money I would give it to her, that's just how great she is but I don't. I don't understand how this company is still in business treating their employees this way. I know there are others that share my frustration. Please share. If they are not held accountable this will continue to happen.

I work at this company and they are horrible!!! The field supervisors have very bad attitudes and they haven't paid us yet. The 13th check of January was 2 days late and they still haven't paid us (HHA) our check from the 28th of January. When we ask questions or try to talk to someone in HR they never respond. Here it is 2/4/15 and we still haven't been paid. When next Friday comes they will owe all of their HHA's 2 checks!!! Al never recommend this company to anyone.
