Dishonest company. They told me specifically that the *glass* will come with a 10-year warranty. I had several other quotations and Ashland charges 30% more than other companies. They explained that this is because their warranty covers glass breakage for 10 years.After everything is installed and payment completed, they added three additional words "for the seal" after the "Note: 10 years warranty". Everything else is printed except the three words "for the seal", which are handwritten on the invoice.I called the company and the same person I spoke to now denies that he has ever told me that the warranty would cover glass breakage.This is a lie. I asked several times over the phone to be absolutely sure that their warranty will cover glass breakage within the 10-year period. This person assured me every single time that it does. In fact, this is the only reason I decided to pay the extra 30% --- every other company told me truthfully that glass breakage is not covered but Ashlan

I just purchased 3 mirrors and a shower glass door. The price was fair and the installation was done on time and with care. I recommend this company if you are looking for glass or mirrors.
