Artur, the shop's owner, is truly an artisan. He takes his time and always gives a precise, clean cut that I can't get anywhere else. The whole experience is pleasant, from the smell of the talcum power he uses, to the hot towels he puts on your face before a straight razor shave. This is my favorite barber shop out of the 3 or 4 shops I have tried in the area. I have been coming here since it has opened, and will go out of my way to do so. The pacing of the haircut and Artur's "chair side" manner is very professional and refined, and adds a lot to the experience as well. I get my hair cut more often than I need to simply because it's relaxing, and I feel good when my hair looks great. Once and only once I was not 100% happy with my hair cut. I went back two days later and Artur fixed me up, and he refused to take any money for the clean up. He is a great guy and even better barber. If you need a cut, a shave or a beard trim on the north side, Artur's is THE place to go. Edit: My fiance LOVES the way he trims my beard. Gentlemen, getting a hair cut at Artur's is an easy way to look good for the ladies. :-)
