Do NOT do any kind of Business with this company. They are practicing ILLEGAL collection techniques and are EXTREMELY insensitive and could give a phuck about anyones situation. They have been sued countless times and are still in court battling over their unethical behavior. If you are a business and you think that getting sued is cool then have at 'em. If you are a person they are chasing then PLease....do yourself a favor and simply write a letter to the address shown for ARM in the loop and make sure you specify that they CANNOT contact you by phone or any other means except by USPS ONLY! If you do this they cannot call you anymore and if they do they are in violation of the fair debt collection act and you will recieve $3500 dollars from any judge as soon as he hears what they have done....I know...I did it!!!

They are extremely rude people and have no ethics of communication whatsoever! Extremely ignorant and rude!
