I was told the questions were going to be on my opinion of public schools and administrators. I agreed to do the survey and they said it would take 5 minutes. The first question was who makes all the decisions in your family when it comes to insurance and the second was what year was I born. When I told him what year I was born he said I was to old and said the survey was over. I said I thought this was on public schools and administrators and he giggled and then hung up. Is this a real company? Maybe they should survey their employees better. I will be calling the BBB. REJECT ALL CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY-----

A local favorite if they should hire me because they're in a familiar ward--the same as my church familials. They think to share their research results with respondents, and that's an incentive (as long as they're made aware mid-survey). Grade of C in their hiring standards, with F meaning exclusive, judgmental estrangulation in bringing new employees aboard, and A grade meaning basic, entry level hiring. They are within walking distance and on public transit lines. A Wendy's restaurant is a 5 minute walk away, depending on break times..

I had the most pleasant experience with an employee of this company. I was interviewed at length about the problems I have been having with my cable and internet service and felt that this person cared. There was actually a follow-up service call after this interview that took care of my problems.

had someone call from 773-724-6075 on caller id is stated that they were from APC research and he called at 10pm to ask questions and woke up the children in my house hold. and then the agent laughed at me when I stated that it was to late to call for research. very rude will never answer phone for this company again
