I had 33 windows installed by American Thermal. I went with their Triple Pane vinyl window by Plygem and I couldn't be happier. I really noticed the difference this last winter. I saved almost $100 month on my heating bill. Needless to say they are well worth my investment. Everyone I dealt with from the office staff, salesman and installers, were very professional and informative. I highly recommend them to everyone. I even got my parents to get the same windows and they are just as pleased.

I was in the market for replacement windows and a new entry door for my 20 year old home and decided to do the project. I had 3 estimates, one of which was American Thermal Window. Iver, the owner came out. He was very professional and forthcoming. He explained to me all the features of their windows and doors and various brands they offered. I decided on the Plygem triple pane vinyl windows and a fiberglass entry door. 6 weeks later the windows and door arrived and I was contacted to schedule installation. The crew of 2 showed up at 730am as promised and were nothing but professional. They wore booties while in the house and were extremely careful not to make a mess. When the job was complete, the glass was cleaned and the floors vacuumed. I am so happy with my new windows and door. After the horrible winter we had, they definitely made a difference. I couldn't feel any cold whatsoever coming through the glass. The exterior was done beautifully. The aluminum work they did looked like it was something that came with the window making look like one unit. Their caulk job was amazing. I can't say enough good things about American Thermal from the office staff, sales, and installers. A truly great experience. Highly recommend to anyone.
