Can't trust this guy

Can't trust a guy who gives an estimate over the phone without ever looking at the chimney

Prompt, competent and guess what??? They answer the phone, too...

I called 4 different chimney cleaning companies before I reached a live person. I scheduled an appointment, they showed up early and did the work that I asked. Novel business idea. Thanks AH.
